Meeting of august 05th, 1999 |

5 August 1999 Today it is a great day, I leave alone for the first time in Eurostar for London. My mother has accompanied me until Paris. The trip is well past. The passage under the Channel was well. I have gone to the hotel to left my luggages and I have called my mother to reassure her. I had appointment with two penpals Aline and Catherine and I never seen them because I have arrived late. I have therefore taken the metro to go at Brian's. But it wasn't there. I have gone to stroll me in London and to 19 pm I am returned at Brian's (always absent), what hasn't lacked to frighten my mother because it was suited she calls me in my bedroom and obviously I there wasn't. 6, the morning I have gone to the market and to make some purchases and I have gone at Brian's to 14 pm, his car wasn't there but I have decided to wait for the case where he would arrive. My patience has been rewarded because to 15 pm he has arrived. I have rejoined him ahead at his home and we have spoken some minutes because he was going to work. I have given him presents for his birthday and he has told me to return Sunday 8 August (day of his birthday) and he would be there. Then, I have decided to visit to my penpals and we have passed a long time to speak. We have suited an appointment the morning following day to my hotel so as to be going to see the E.17 all totality. 7, we have gone at Brian's but he wasn't there. We have therefore decided to go at Tony's. While going to at his home, we have crossed fans who came from Norway, I writing with one of them Britt and it was the opportunity to know. They have told us he was useless to go up to at Tony's because he was in studio. Catherine, Aline and I have gone me to stroll us in the center of London and have passed a good day. 8, day of my departure, I have found my pals to the station of bus of Walthamstow and we have taken the direction of at Brian's who was always absent. We have gone at Tony's and Norwegians were already there. It rained to torrent. We have waited a half - hour and Catherine and I have decided to leave because we were soaked. We are returned to the hotel in order I change and have been eaten at Burger King (hummm !) before to return again at Brian's. After a certain time, Aline has rejoined us, she had met Tony's had made her return with Norwegians in his garage to discuss and to make them listen his new album. I was happy for them but I prefer to have tempted my chance to try to see Brian before my departure. I had anticipated to leave to 16.30 pm so as to iron to the hotel to take my baggages and to be going to take back the Eurostar. Not seeing him to arrive, I delayed increasingly my departure and to 17.30 pm constraint and forced I decided to leave by telling goodbye to my pals and by confiding them a card for Brian. I have learnt then by my pals he had arrived 1/2 hour later and he was distressed to have missed me. This trip has a lot pleased me, even if I have not been able to profit from Brian, it has allowed me to pass good moments with my pals. |
