Just a quick message to let you know I have just got back from the hospital from visiting Brian. I think it will still be a number of days before he is moved and we can send flowers in, but he continues to make good steady progress.

His room is covered floor to ceiling in get well cards & messages, and I have a personal message here for you all from Brian himself.

Hi Everone (I know Simon is typing this, but these are the exact words I wanted him to tell you all) I am so deeply touched with emotion from the sheer love and affection I have felt from you all, It makes me very emotional to read your messages and cards, and I want to thank each and everyone one of you for your love and support, and to let you know I will beat this thing and be back stronger than ever.
