Former East 17 singer Brian Harvey has appeared in court in connection with drugs charges.

Harvey, 27, of Walthamstow, East London, was granted conditional bail during the short hearing at Chelmsford Crown Court.

At a previous hearing he pleaded not guilty to supplying cocaine on April 26 this year to Kemal Zorba and to possessing the drug on the same day.

The case against Harvey, who was dressed in a grey suit, dark shirt and black tie, was adjourned for a further hearing on February 17.
