Brian is jailed for 56 days!!!!

Pop star Brian Harvey has appeared in court on two drugs charges.

The former East 17 singer is accused of supplying cocaine on 26 April this year and a further charge of possessing 389 milligrams of the Class A drug in Chingford, Essex.

He was granted conditional bail at Chelmsford Magistrates Court and told not to contact prosecution witnesses.

Mr Harvey, who spoke only to confirm his name, age and address, had his case adjourned until 10 July.

A spokeswoman for Essex Police said Harvey, a former member of East 17, was jailed at the Royal Courts of Justice for breaching an injunction which was a non-molestation order taken out by his estranged wife Natasha.

He was arrested yesterday having attended Loughton police station in Essex by appointment.
