Brian Harvey will attempt to represent the United Kingdom at the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest when he enters the fourth edition of 'Making Your Mind Up' on March 17. However, his single ''I Can'' will be released on March 12 into the UK download charts. This is the first time in a long while that a song in the United Kingdom's nation final will have been released commercially before the actual show itself.
